Checked boiler fault then changed the PCB ( 2 sessions)
He didn't bother to put back the 2 screws for the boiler cover and the plastic cover of the circuit board which he dropped at the tight side of the boiler , The screw holes of the pcb cover are broken and the screws are missing .
When I made the booking for the 2nd visit I mentioned to him an extra job to disconnect and blanked the gas supply to my gas heater, and he agreed to do it, but when he came and I mentioned it he said he forgot all about it and he hasn't got the blanking plug and cannot do it.
I only knew what time he's coming 45 minutes before he arrived. He could not tell me any earlier which I wasn't very happy about. I only hope these comments will help him improve his service and not offend him. Even I used him first time, I think he is genuinely nice bloke.

Checked safety of coal gas fire
I was extremely pleased with all the safety checks that John James carried out and with his knowledge. He was very tidy and clean in his work here and he was courteous and very nice.
He also gave me some good advice. I would definitely recommend him. He was unable to come on the date booked but he did let me know why he couldn't make it which I appreciated.
